Assisted living managers are overseers in long-term care homes for the elderly. With this position of increased responsibility, they are expected to work closely with people, be adept at problem solving, have the aptitude to encourage others and find meaning in their careers. Arizona requires certification for assisted living managers. Becoming certified proves that you have met certain qualified standards, strengthens public accountability and demonstrates obligation to the profession. A versatile course, you can also find employment opportunities outside the medical profession (HR Manager or similar). With 40 hours of training you will learn:
