This course is a 62 hour hybrid training program designed for those caring for a loved one or their goal is to work in an assisted living facility. Once successful completion of the program, you may sit for the state exam in person to receive your state certification.
Course Breakdown:
50 hours online
12 hours of hands on training (in person)
Enrollment Period: 2 weeks – 2 months
Tuition includes state exam fee

Required documents for certification – Valid US photo ID, Social Security card or “NO SS” Affidavit, Food Handler Card.
Required documents to work as a Certified Caregiver – Fingerprint clearance card, TB test, CPR/First Aid
Bridge to Caregiver Training

This course is a 16 hour online training program designed for Arizona CNAs, LNAs, or DCWs. Covers Medication and Diabetes. Once successful completion of the program, you may sit for the state exam in person to receive your state certification.

16 hours online
Enrollment Period: 1 week – 2 months
Tuition includes state exam fee
Please note:
Required documents for certification – Valid US photo ID, Social Security card or “NO SS” Affidavit, Food Handler Card. (and valid AZ CNA/LNA license or Level 1 & 2 DCW verified through AHCCCS)
