Nhor Latinovich founded Assisted Living Training School in 2001. Prior to, she gathered knowledge from owning and operating assisted living homes.

As standing executive director of the school, she has become a leader in the assisted living industry from serving the community with mentorship and guidance.

Nhor continues to share her passion with the community with Assisted Living Homes Organization, that brings care home owners and assisted living businesses together.
