Course Description: This course is designed to provide assisted living staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively handle emergency situations, including when and how to call 911, and how to report incidents to the appropriate authorities. Participants will learn the proper protocols and procedures for emergency response, as well as techniques for effective communication with emergency responders and families.
